You need to order the Texas travel guide book if you dont already have it. I have one and it tells you everythign there is to do in every city in texas and I use it all the time. Im the type of person that just loves to do touristy stuff like aquariums, museums, state parks and local events too. Just google "free texas travel guide" and you should find it. I think its the official state travel website. You can also get free road map, free brochures on local events and maybe even contact them about dog-friendly places. When I ordered my book I got it in less than a week
