I think it's very hard to guess the weight. Gus was like 1.7 at 10 weeks when I got him. The breeder told me he was going to be around 3.5 to 4 lbs,,,,,, he is now 17 months and is 2.9 lbs. And as far as his coloring,,,, he is much darker then both his parents.
