I would never go back and I would also talk to the owner. She has a right to know what kind of employees she has and this person probably would not have treated your dog like this is she had been present. For your baby to have been clinging to you and your husband when you got home sounds like she was abused to me. Things like this is why I started doing my own grooming. Good luck with your decision.
