My thoughts exactly! A good groomer is harder to find than a good hairdresser because you are totally at their mercy to protect your precious baby.

Yes, it does look like they did not do a great job on your baby, but she is still adorable - I love her sparkly eyes - she is beautiful and she knows it!

I do Roxy myself. She does not look "professional", but she is cute, and we both enjoy the special time together.
