This is the first time i have seen this. I read most of the posts, and in tears.
It is the first time I've cried over a thread, but just feel so dreadfully sad for your sweet Bella and all that she has endured .I am so sorry this happened to her. Fortunately your neighbors are being resopnsible and handling it the right way. My heart goes out to Bella and you. I am glad she is starting to heal, and on the road to recovery . I hope she will not have any lasting effects or be traumatised from the incident. I will be praying for Bella and her full recovery.
I am glad she has a wonderful owner who loves her very much. Many prayers coming yuor way.
