This is the point exactly!!! I love the way you say this. A bill such as this will not hurt the greeders! It will only hurt the breeders that are trying to follow the rules and will get turned down for no reason at all! I think it is scary that they are trying to take away more of our rights every day. This bill needs to be turned DOWN!
