I've heard claims that just because you are a USDA registered breeder, that it doesn't neccessarily mean you are a miller or unethical, but I have yet to run accross one who doesn't fit the mold, IMO. The very requirements of USDA breeders themselves already tell me that if you are metting those requirements, I want nothing to do with you. |
I didn't see a date on there...but it looks identical to a list I've bookmarked..which is dated 2006. I always wonder how many MORE there may be in the 2 years since.
