Hello all I'm new 1ST. post. I'm asking for advice, not lecture.
I bred my Abby 21 days ago with a breeder that I admire very much. Abby is a 2 year old ack beautiful 5.7lbs yorkie. First breeding. She isn't feeling well at all and I'm concerned. She has'nt been able to keep anything down. She's been throwing up, not eating or drinking very much. I've tried everything I know to get her past this, soda crackers, her favorite treat, beef broth, canned dog food that she loves etc. She will try to eat but everything seems to be coming back up.We took her to the vet yesterday they did blood work, wanted a stool sample ( STOOL IS ALL WATEREY) and ask for a urine sample. Other than that didn't seem too concerned. Is this normal for some to be so sick because of being bred? Any helpful advice to help my Abby? Are her puppies going to be ok?
Please advise asp!!
