You just need a copy of your prescription from your dr. They give you little boxes to enter the #s and Viola! There are help boxes if you get confused. One measurement was missing from DH's prescription, It even told me how to make the measurement myself. (distance between pupils) I was worried they would be crap, but Hubby loves them. I am gonna order a pair for TV watching and one to keep in the car now!
