 Goes inside and outside???
I'm having trouble with our little guy...his big brother goes outside thru the door...our little guy Tootse roll will go out at times..but just LOVES to go on one of my rugs..so I tossed all my expensive rugs...put down puppie pads...now he likes to go inside on them and outside when he feels like it....I tried to only put down a couple of pads...and he will go on the floor! What can I do? They have a wonderful little door with their own steps to go in and out during the day..a little yard fenced in ...but he still uses the floor or pads????
