I have an itchy boy too. He has hay fever, but he's also allergic to flea bites. If he gets one, he scratches for 3 weeks. Is she on a flea treatment? After you've completely ruled out flea's you may want to look into hayfever or other environmental allergies. Sounds like the food isn't an issue. Good Luck! I hate it when they are itchy!
