This is where there is "lack of clarification." IMO, well-planned is no merely 'using your favorite breeds that are healthy pets and big enough and old enough to physically produce puppies.' This is not sufficient or responsible enough reasoning to center a breeing program around. And this more of a general observation, not really just based on your statements. And also, just a difference of opinion as well, I'm sure.
