It is most likely tapeworm - just take a stool sample to your vet and he/she will be able to tell. If it is tapeworm all it takes is one pill to treat (not very expensive). But, it's really important to get all of the fleas exterminated, if not, you will probably be dealing with this problem again in a month or so.
