Is she having bowel movements? That's the important question, if there is no bowel movement for a day or so, and than vomiting occurs, this can be a sign of blockage. The vomiting occurred almost 24 hours after the incident, and this also suggest blockage. I don't want to alarm you either, but I've very concerned. |
