I would continue to keep a good eye on her. If she vomits again I would bring her in to be checked in case she has some of the styrofoam caught inher intestine. I'm not a vet but I remember reading some stories about dogs that ate things and how it caused blockages. I'm sure she'll be fine and I dont' mean to worry you. Just keep an eye on her.
