About an hour ago, I watched a man pick up his 5 lb yorkie by the scruff of the neck and let him hang there for about 20 seconds. It killed me to watch this. Unfortunatly, nothing could be done about it
Hes still only a pup! Around the same age as keely (4 months).. This has be petrified of this man. And im so scared for the poor puppy!
Will it cause an permanent damage to the pup? If i call somebody like a shelter or something, will they do anything about this? I cannot beleive i witnessed this happen
Should i have confronted him? I over heard him talking to a woman about him (trying to show off i assume
and then he says " hes about five lbs, see!" And he picks him up by the scruff pf the neck!
What do i do?!
