I have had dogs I love them them and know all about them. Lot's of people around here keep their yorkies outside.( of course with heated and ac shelter)
I have been around dogs all my life and i'm very familar with the diseases thay can get. I just don't know about this one. My family is stuggling know yes because of the lack of work around here for my father and mother who are R.Ns. Any other time this would have been no problem I don't think you guys understand.
