Keep watching her bm's. Ginger ate styrofoam once. I didn't know she'd eaten it until she pooped some scary looking white beady foamy poo...ran straight to the vets. Anyway, it passed and she was fine.
With Ginger the little vacuum cleaner in my house, I've had more scares than I can count. Vet always tells me the same thing...if she's eating/drinking/eliminating, don't panic.
I do occasionally give her olive oil to help things slide through.
The vomiting is worrisome, but if she's still drinking/eating and has eliminated at all, I'd just keep a close eye on things.
(of course, a trip to the vets never hurts)
