I would keep them separated until a fecal test is performed - this could be giardia or something. But, since giardia can have a long latency - it may be a moot point anyway, if she has it. Still, it's a good thing to keep them separated.
Btw, you might also consider switching them to a premium kibble. The food you have them on now has a lot of fillers and allergens and could cause problems down the road. Just plantin' a little seed there.
