Darn it - the vomiting is something to pay attention to, although the eating and drinking are good signs.
I would probably go ahead and have her seen by the vet unless everything is completely normal tomorrow. I'm anxious to see what kind of bowel movement she has. I'm sure she is going to be ok, but in the event there were some kind of obstruction, you'd want to catch it sooner than later.
