I'm sorry your baby seems to be in some sort of pain ... Oscar has given me a few scares with some of the things he's chewed up ... I swear he has a death wish.
Is she still eating her regular food and drinking water? Pooping and peeing normally? I would watch her carefully and if any of those things change, get her to the vet.
It almost sounds like something in her mouth is hurting her ... have you looked at her teeth carefully to make sure she doesn't have anything impacted in her gums?
