Get the house cleaned up of the smell of pee..... Him being able to smell it not you. Dogs smell is amazing and even if it gone to us it is not to them.
Start training all over again like you would a puppy with lots of love and support.
I also check to see if he got a UTI or a problem with his works as that will cause them to pee else were.
