My dogs never had such a problem but i think you should give her some time. She walks back home because you have showed her the way and that there's anything there that could harm her. Or maybe she's just doing it because she wants to get to the safety of her home as faster as she can.Im not sure what to say but give her another 2-3 weeks and try to show her (during the day and night) that you're there and you protect her.
