My best friend lives there too, RIGHT near the river.. I am so scared the levy will break on his side. he is coming to my house sometime in the night.. the traffic flow is so bad right now he is scared to leave... Good luck to your cousin... I tried to talk my BF into leaving too but he is a die hard and will not leave his home. We are STILL not through fixing his house from the last one either... MAN.. here we go again...
