 Definitely stay away from anything that's flagged.
I flag stuff in our newspaper all the time, and I never do it unless I'm absolutely sure it's a scam. Many of these scams are, belive it or not, Nigerian. It's really very upsetting. Some of them are just people looking to make a quick buck, but they're still scams or puppy mills. |
