It means that someone knows that this person is a con artist. Many of our members read Craig's List, just to find ads to flag, they know the signs to look for, or have had dealing with this person before. If you see an ad and respond to it, and learn that the person is indeed a scammer, you can "flag" the post. There's a box on the page, that you select to "flag" an ad. Some are flagged because they are obscene, and some are flagged because they are a scam. |
