It really reminds me of this story that happened YEARS ago but has stuck with me to this day. When I first heard about this cop story...I was so livid I couldn't see straight. I still am. It's disgusting. That monster should be fired from the force and never be allowed to have a public SAFETY job EVER again!

Both story are very sad. The one about the dog being tossed into traffic was ROAD RAGE to the 100 degree! This officer seemed to be on a power trip
