I'm growing out Holly's bangs. They do get to that stage where you can't do anything with them. You can try parting down the middle when wet in hopes they will lay to the side of the face. If not long enough for that, use some Petsilk topknot gel to hold them up. I have also used human hair gel/wax products. It looks a little sticky but it does the trick.
