Hi,

I have a 7 week old litter and I was wondering how much they should eat. They wake me up in the middle of the night crying and I always think they are hungry. I feed them and play with them right before bed so they will sleep most of the night. For the first two weeks, I tracked their weight daily and the average per day gain was anywhere from a quarter of an ounce to a full ounce. From the last time I weighed them (17 days ago), they showed what seems to be minimal gains. For example, the largest one only gained 6 oz and the smallest one gained 3 oz over that span. I am currently feeding each one (Nutro Ultra puppy food) about a quarter of an ounce divided into 3 servings per day. Here are the weights:

Males: 2 lbs 6 oz, 2 lbs 4 oz, and 1 lb 11 oz
Females: 2 lbs 6 oz, and 1 lb 11 oz
