ouch that looks painful
i had surgery on my neck last year, and being 21 i was really worried about having a scar. i used bacitracin (its like neosporin, but imo i think it heals quicker
), and i left it uncovered when i wasn't in the sun...its really important to keep it out of the sun...once it has healed my surgeron recommended that i put sunscreen on it for about 6 months (i still put it on before i go out in the sun) and once the scab has healed you can put mederma on it. its been a little over a year and you can hardly see my scar
