I have always torn up cardboard boxes when I've finished with the food item in which it came, eg, I will tear down the frig pack once all the cokes are used, you know, the long cardboard box that 12 cans of cokes come in so you can leave it in the frig? I cannot get my hubby to tear down anything! I think it helps to save space in the garbage bag...what do you guys think/do?
