Yes, I think she was rude also. I have had a couple of litters to place and you do get lots of calls and sometimes it is so repetitive, but gosh I wouldn't want any puppy to go to someone who didn't ask all the questions, you sound like a great prospective buyer! Also, "first come, first serve" that doesn't seem like a good way to place a puppy
