My Marcel had what was diagnosed as ibd/ibs/colitis (i.e. the digestive mystery umbrella) after he had giardia as a pup. He had mushy/bloody/mucousy/jelly/diarrhea poos for 4-5 months - and I spend hundreds and hundreds at the vet, to no avail. Finally, an animal nutritionist (phone consult) set us on the right path and 1.5 days later we had a firm poo. I kid you not. I cried when I saw that poo

Anyway - did your baby have giardia - or did anything precipitate his current issues? What were you feeding prior to this? Does her tummy make terrible gurgly noises?
