I have a real problem with this statement (not with you posting it, Rusty's Mom ) - and when people talk about "richness".

What in creation is "richness"? And how, exactly, does "richness" cause allergies, and digestive issues when we have no real definition of what richness is, physiologically?

I think it's careless to use terms like this to judge foods, when they truly have absolutely no meaning. Frosting is "rich", meaning - it tastes rich; where rich serves as a verb.

So then, a rich tasting food causes loose stools and allergies? To me, this is as goofy as saying "A non-rich food can cause diarrhea" - do you see what I mean? Explain the facts of cause and effect, but just saying "it's rich" not only makes no sense - but it mis-educates everyone who reads it and believes that "rich" is a viable term to judge food - BEYOND TASTE.

Just my two cents.
