Lots of treats and patience
On the play dead... I would say... Play Dead and then put him in the position that I wanted him to be in. And say Play Dead while holding him there. ..... And before anyone freaks out
, he was not pressure held, me or Jess just kept our hand over him while he got the jist of what was going on.
Same thing with roll over... we would get him to lay down then we would roll him over.
Find something that she really likes and only give it to her during trick learning time. Me and Jess would be the only ones in the room when training - that made a difference.
