This is what my vet confirmed with me at Angel's booster time. But, only after I brought it up and brought the article from Dr. Dodds with me. My vet works in a practice of 7 vets (she doesn't own the clinic) and told me their protocol is to continue with yearly vaccinations (except rabies which is 3 years after the booster) and not to discuss this unless the customer brings it up. Since I brought it up, she was able to share her thoughts and concerns which is our pets are highly overvaccinated. She also does not recommend anything other than the rabies vaccine for the rest of their lives - particularly because of their tiny size. This is what she does her her own dogs and they aren't toy breeds.
