I used my old playpen after I had Finnigen nuetered. We left his ecoller off during the day, he wore a baby onesie, but at night I didn't want to risk it, so we put the ecoller on at night and let him sleep in the playpen. We put his basket and toys in with a couple of warm blankets and he was fine. Of course that was only a nueter not liver surgery.
