I wouldn't advise taking him with you until his problem is taken care of, or unless you only go places where he can go so as not to leave him in the condo alone, which would not work out.
I see another problem as well with so much pooping. My bet is he is eating kibble. What ever brand he is eating, it's nothing but filler regardless of what the bag says. There is no way a dog can poop that many times a day unless his food is all filler and just going straight out the other end.
Have you considered home cooking? I have three Yorkster girls that I cook for and give them 1/4 cup each twice a day at the same times each day and they poop right on schedule mostly once a day around 7 am, and if they have had a home made bone during the day, or a light lunch of yogurt & fruit, then they sometimes go again before bedtime.
Breaking seperation anxiety is not hard to do, but it will take both you and your husband to train at the same time.
