I don't think there's a 'quick fix' to your problem. If you're planning on a vacation soon, you may want to consider having him baby-sat while you're gone. When we had our first Yorkie, he was fine when we were gone to work as that was what he was used to. Every time we had a little extra time off, however, he would poop the house up the first day we went back to work. Our solution was to get a second Yorkie.

We did that and then 2 turned into 4!!!! The more the merrier! and no separtion issues!!!!

My mom has small dog and she leaves the TV on for him. He didn't potty everywhere but boy did he chew up some STUFF! I told her to leave the TV on for him and just like magic he was cured!!!
