I made a modified version of spanish rice this weekend with brown rice and then I added some organic ground beef, nutritional yeast, ground flax, ex-sharp cheddar and stuffed red and green peppers with it-----------YUM!
I also like to use leftover veggies, brown rice, any beans and cheese and bits of leftover grilled chicken for a lunch that lasts right through till dinner.
I also use it to make fried rice. |
