The pasta was my extra touch and boy is it good! I like to use gerimilla (sp?) it holds the dressing best. I would think you could also use shrimp if chicken is not your thing. I just had leftovers for lunch.
I forgot that I also toss cilantro into the salad as well. Yummy!
