Please, please come to terms with your anger. I too lost one of my two sons at age 16, not to a drunk driver but suddenly without warning. Anger will only prolong the hurt you feel. Try to turn things into positive, work at a MADD group (mothers against drunk drivers), or something to that effect. And just a suggestion for your son. Kids, boys inparticular have a difficult time saying how they feel, you know that male macho thing. Encourage him to write his feelings on paper, tell him he can throw away the paper, so no one sees, or he can put it on the grave of his friend. For me I think what saved me the most from just doing myself in was the kids, I tried so hard to help them, and they helped me without me even knowing it.
