you can find a puppy playpen or use a real one---buy some stand alone gates and set them up-keep the puppy in there when the 2 yr old is over. The parent's of the 2 yr old should be keeping him away from the dog-it is part their responsibility since he is their child- your child is your puppy and you watch him
