I think more people are supportive of breeding Biewers because there IS a standard, there ARE breed clubs, they ARE recognized as something different. It took years and years and years of coordinated efforts to get there and I'm sure they faced the same nay-sayers and scrutiny when the Biewers were a new concept that you are experiencing now. It wasn't something that happened overnight. Once there is organized club for parties on a larger scale, maybe they'll be viewed the same. Until then, there will be opposition.
I would feel every bit as skeptical if I with someone I didn't know claiming to have Biewers as I would Parti, or any other off standard variation. It's new, it's in demand and there are people everywhere looking to turn a quick profit. That is not something exclusive to just this breed or any variation thereof.
