I bring Meeko in our pool every so often. Only it's it's really hot and we're outside for a while and his body feels hot. He loves the water! If there's a empty raft by the edge of the pool, he always jumps on and then jumps off into the water. He must have sensitive skin to the chlorine tho because when he gets out he rubs up against out couch for the rest of the night. This is after he's already dried off, he scratches himself more. Since noticing this, I haven't brought him in as often and I give him a bath when we're out for the day. Just be careful and if you do notice him itching more, limit the amount of time in the pool and rinse him.
