You probably need to take it out every evening so it doesnt mat. Do you know what sz of a band you are using? How many times do you wrap it around? For Skittles I use a 3/16 band and wrap it twice. I fix her hair a few times a day as she is a rough and tuff kinda gal and it never stays pretty long. Maybe you could try those bands for lil girls, not the elastic ones, but they are soft and small. Some people have good luck with lil barrettes just be careful to keep an eye on her so when it does come out she doesnt want to play with it. How old is your yorkie? Hopefully someone else will have some suggestions.
