I would take him to the Vet first thing in the morning. Puppies that young, and small, can go down in a hurry. If he becomes listless this evening, take him to an emergency vet ASAP!!! If you have some NutriCal, rub a little bit on his gums. If not, you can use Karo syrup. Good luck!!
