I have the same problem with Cooper. He is 7 months and neuterd too. But he is defiantly marking but then coming in from outside on a long walk and pooping in the house in 10 min.

I have tried a lot Victoria's suggestions. BUT I am beginning to see that I might have a consistancy problem with Coop. becaus... my family is not helping me. THey are just yelling,,,,, "MOM YOUR DOG POOPED ON THE FLOOR" They don't try to stop him when they see him going or stop what they are doing to let him out.
I am beginning to see that it is actually training the owner along with the dog.
My family and I have had a terrible time with him I am ready to take him with me and move out. LOL
Leave the grown-ups here. and me and my furbabie will go away... LOL
