The sickest part of this whole story is that authorities probably won't even care or investigate. As far as digging up the dog and looking for bullets etc. I can tell you I would be shocked if authorities took the initiative. The only way she would prob. get into trouble is if the neighbors had heard gunshots and called when it happened. They might have come to see who was shooting and arrested her for being drunk and discharging a weapon. I would concentrate on getting her sober and getting the guns. Sounds like anyone who lives there is in danger.
