I do not know what you should do- but the woman(can't call her a lady)
needs help with her drinking! IMO
it sounded like she was drinking when this happened- not sober! That is a big problem- not being a responsible person when drinking!It does affect some like that-
I would say this is the extreme!
She does not- and should not to own animals-
which is sad, for the daughter if still living with MOM!!
Poor girl having to bury her family dog!
that has to be something that will stay with her the rest of her life!Not every kid can handle that- stepping up to bury the dog- she is 1 hell of a girl- despite her MOM!!
